Kabir's Song - Snatam Kaur - 23 August 2014

I discovered this song in my Vinyasa Class.
I love it.

Kabir's Song - Snatam Kaur.

Oh my Soul, you come and you go

Through the paths of time and space.
In useless play you'll not find the way
So set your goals and go.
Sing such a song with all your life
You will never have to sing again.
Love such a one with all your heart
You will never need to love again.
Oh my Soul you come and you go (etc) ...
Walk such a path with all your faith
You will never have to wander again.
Give yourself to such a Guru
You will never have to seek again.
Oh my Soul ... (etc)
Pray such a prayer with all your soul
You will never have to pray again.
Die such a death at the feet of God
You will never have to die again.
Oh my Soul ... (etc)
Breathe my Love
Breathe my Love
Breathe in the quiet centre.

A beginner to Yoga - August 9 2014

A beginner, it's so nice to hear that word.

I asked if it's okey to attend Vinyasa without any background on yoga.
The answer was yes, it will be challenging but most people loves the challenge.

My teacher Marga Decena is very nice.

It was indeed challenging.  I never thought I would sweat that much in a yoga session but i love it.

LOOKING FORWARD.

STAY STRONG.

NAMASTE.

To new beginnings. Grace Signing on Version 3. – August 3, 2014

I close the book of my Ironman 70.3 Cebu journey today.
It was a long journey of sweat, laughter and tears
but I have no regrets because I became a better person.

Thank you to everyone who supported me.

To new beginnings. Grace Version 3: Signing on.

I will choose my thoughts carefully because whatever I feel is a reflection of what is in the process of becoming. I will take full accountability for myself. I will decide my future and create my own reality and believe that the only limiting factor in my life is a bad attitude. I will not define myself by the past but instead try to visualize my goals until they materialize. What I think and thank about, I bring about , so I will focus on the positives of what I want, not what I don’t want. I will ask myself what I can be thankful for, get my mind into that vibration, and watch the good that starts to domino, because one good thought leads to another. I know what feels good to me and resonates with my heart. (from Kim Kilgroe, thank you.)

Defying gravity.
